Simplifying sin^2+cos^2

Hi,

I'm working on some symbolic algebra for
the solution of a 6R robot manipulator. The
expressions I'm dealing with have a lot
of cos(x)^2+sin(x)^2 terms. Is there any
way I can simplify these within GiNaC
to get these terms equal to 1?

Best

Tony
